lately, i hav not been eating very healthy. I hav a little mor pouch on my abs and i rly want to lose it b4 summer. I dont want to look like i hav been a couch potato all year. Wut can i do to slim down my thighs a little mor, and flatten out my stomach??? I rly want only like answers that u r almost 100% true that it will work. i thank u soooo much
