Looking for music video. 3 guys. one wrapped in red ribbon others in blue and yellow. smash fluorescent tubes?

they were wrapped in ribbons and as the music video progressed, the ribbons were unwinding. they had rods and were smashing what looked like fluorescent tubes. its a music video i saw on mtv just can't remember the name of it. thanks
