Where (in person or online) can i answer surveys and get a gift card or money just for completing the survey?

I'm a 17 year old hispanic male, i live in hawthorne CA. a couple of my friends recently got called up and were asked to volunteer in a survey and they got a 40$ Target gift card just for completing the survey, it was on an ipad
