Uterus problems? Can you help?

I am 22. I had my first pap a few months ago--results came out fine, but the doctor said I might have a prolapsed uterus. She said it might feel like I have to urinate frequently because it presses on the bladder--it does. Anyway I have noticed some other things since then and wonder if it could be related to it. is very painful--more so than it used to be. It has never been pleasurable for me more just bearable. Now it is horrible. (I have been ually active four years with the same person). Also when I do pleasure myself it feels different. I used to get off with more force but now that hurts and the lightest touch does the trick. Also after I do finish, my uterus aches for about 10 seconds afterwards. And it just might be in my head but it feels like a different now. Unfamilliar. All the spots that were pleasurable are gone or super sensitive where they hurt now. I also have no drive at all. My boyfriend is suffering, and our relationship is strained.
