Where in Chicago is a good place for a job? for a 16 year old?

In chicago I'm trying to get a job but so far have had no luck with some stores. What are some good places to get a job in around brighton park or districts around. I want to work till summer vacation ends. Any ways please list any places to check that are always hiring. And do most places require a drug test. I don't do drugs but I don't know how all that mumbo jumbo works. Or can you please list a page that information on jobs. Please and thank-you.
