I cannot delete TR/Qhost.mju.53?

Hi! My antivirus Avir found TR/Qhost.mju.53 but there is no option to delete or disinfect this file. Ia am using Windows 7. Can anyone tell me step by step what to do, so I can get this file out of my computer?
