Help with health homework?

I was wondering if anyone could help me with my homework, because I was sick and missed a lot. So I need to know what type of food hydrochloric acid digests and what it breaks it down into (ex. Amylase breaks down starch into simple sugars). I also need to know what type of food bile breaks down and what it breaks it down into. Thanks! :)
