After an abortion if u have a baby is there a risk it can come out with abnormalities?

i dont think any abnormalities, but i do know sometimes their are risks. sometimes they are stuff left behind from the aborted baby, and that can interfere with the next baby to be born. some women cant even give birth at all after that. but if all goes well, then their shall be no problems
