36 weeks pregnant?

and i have a drs appt tomorrow. i already have a 2 year old so i have experienced all this b4...sorta. she was so easy but this boy is a pain in the @ss. ne who my question is the baby feels like it is pushing down like im ready to push. now last week when i was at the drs i was only 1 centimeter. im not feeling ne major contractions i just feel like i have to push. still cant keep ne thing down. now my midwife will tell me that its normal. should i demand answers or just let it go since i am being induced on august 2nd. also ive only had like 2 ultrasounds up til now should i request another one because the baby is breech? i kno they should be doing like a 3d ultrasound right about now but she doesnt ever set up appts for me. also i want to make sure the cord isnt around his neck. any and all suggestions will help
