Is there infant ADHD medications out there, that is not "harmful" on a pre-schooler?

treat the disease that causes him to be unable to breakdown sucrose. don't put him on ADD meds, hes 2? how can you tell he's hyperactive--he's a baby. He's in what everyone knows as "THE TERRIBLE TWOS!" I know you have no control since you are just the sis and not the mom, but god this sounds like a bad idea
