Why do you think that dead US gov. anthrax lab employee wrote notes mentioning Allah?

...you know, the one who "committed suicide"...to post out with the anthrax powder? Was it just a coincidence and the rantings of a crazy person? Or was it a deliberate attempt to implicate muslim extremists? and if so, why would he do that??
