My husband and I want to get out of our lease early?

We live in Machusetts. We just found out we are pregnant and would like to move to a 2 bedroom before the baby is born. We are due in early April. This is the same time our lease is up. Is there any way to opt out of the lease early because of the impending birth of the baby?
