Help my puppy is throwing up?

he's only 15 years old he;s a toy poodle/shih tzu mix. he thru up yellow bile i'm staying up all night to make sure he's done and i just boiled him a little bit of chicken because he didn't want his dog food why is he throwing up could it be parvo?
